Strategically placed Briot trained engineers nationwide are available to maintain your Briot products. All our engineers receive regular training on new products, product modifications and the latest software upgrades. This is to ensure that they are always at the cutting edge of technology.
Experience is key - no one can service your edger better! The BiB Briot engineers have over 100 years combined optical experience in Briot products.
Training - Our engineers regularly attend training courses at the Briot factory in France. This includes course theory and exams.
Technical documentation is updated with each product modification and circulated to all traveling engineers. ONLY BiB engineers receive this information.
Fast call outs - in the event of critical malfunctions.
In-house training centre - BiB has an approved training centre at it’s premises in Stevenage. Any courses can be arranged from introduction to glazing up to in depth maintenance courses on your Briot equipment.
Several types of servicing contracts are available to suit your needs, details available upon request.
Genuine parts - when carrying out a service ONLY BiB engineers use genuine Briot parts and software, ensuring your warranty is not invalided and extending the life of your equipment.
