Photo-biomodulation
The treatment is based on photo-biomodulation on cellular metabolism improving cellular metabolism leading to improvement or enhancement of cellular functions. This leads to the repair of damaged cells, enhances the function of normal cells with associated analgesic and anti-inflammatory results.
NEW – Near Infra-red Light
Combining the new near-infrared light technology with red-light therapy the treatment for MGD/DED is more effective as it penetrates deeper, reducing inflammation whilst improving blood circulation for a more effective treatment than red-light therapy alone.
NEW -Pulsed Wave (PW) Feature
Pulsed wave delivers light in rapid on-off cycles allowing time for the skin to cool making it more tolerable for darker skin types, bypassing melanin absorption and preventing tissue overstimulation.
5 different coloured medical grade LED lights arranged within three or four adjustable panels providing red, green, blue, yellow and IR which can be selected to suit the treatment therapy required.
Treatment protocols have been developed for MGD/DED, Blepharitis, Styes/Chalazions, Rosacea, Demodex, and skin tightening for the periocular area including post-surgery.

The system is presented on an easily manoeuvrable 4-legged trolley base with medical grade lockable castors.

A motorised up/down column provides optimum height adjustment, linked to a telescopic cantilever system with full adjustment of the 3 or 4 light panels.
